1.Authorized Application授權申請 

由被授權方提出海外區域代理申請，並 提供 「區域 代理授權營運計畫」。 代理授權營運計畫」。The applicant fill in the “Oversea master franchise business plan”.

2.Face to Face Meeting來台或視訊訪談

被授權方來台或視訊與總部之相關負責人進行洽談，討論初步的區域營運構想及開店計畫。

The face to face meeting will be hold (via video call or meet in Taiwan) to discuss the initial business plan and store development.

3. Contract signed合作簽約

被授權方與總部簽訂相關代理合約，並繳交品牌金保證。

The contract signed by authorized party and Taiwan headquarter and the franchise fee and deposit have to be paid after contract signed

4.Business Fields Trip總部勘查

 總部至被授權國進行考察及文件審核。

The delegation from Taiwan headquarter will visit the authorized country to conduct a business fields trip.

5.Research/ Training center set up品質研究 /教育訓練中心 教育訓練中心

被授權方需在當地選址並成立品研或教育訓練中心，作為飲發及台灣人員駐點中心。

The authorized party selects an idea place to be the research center and the R&D staff would be sent by Franchisor to support the local drink research.

6.Staff Training教育訓練

被授權方派員六名至台接受職前教育訓練，由總部提供門市服務。The authorized party need to send at least six seeded staff to Taiwan to receive 240 hours training. The Franchisee would responsible for the transportation, accommodation fee in Taiwan

7.Preparation for the first store駐點前置

 總部派員進駐被授權國，行開店相關前置準備設立第一間門市 據點。

The Franchisor will send staff from headquarter to establish the first store.

8.Store set up門市成立

總部與被授權方針對所選門市據點，進行風格設計、裝潢機具施工。

The style, decoration and equipment of the first store would be discussed and get the instruction from Taiwan headquarter.

9.Inspection and acceptance人員驗收

 被授權方之人員教育訓練結果驗收與考核，須滿總部設定時數及項目。

The seeded staff of Master Franchisee need to pass the one month training in Taiwan.

10.Grand opening營運試賣

被授權方所屬之門市進行試賣及開幕活動，海外正式。

The first store open and two staff from Taiwan headquarter would support in the opening period.

11.Local franchisee open區域開放加盟

被授權方完成最低需開立直營店數 一年 後，即可由被授權方進行加盟續運 作。

After achieving the minimum number of regular chain, Master franchisee could open the franchise to local people.
