About Us

I.H ART was created in 2011, with a vision to bring Taiwan local food to the world. I.H ART aims to empower Taiwan local brands, especially the traditional food industry. Apart from creating one-stop services for local product sources, we are also working towards opening up to various channels and the international market. With our best efforts to merge offline to online, I.H ART strives to develop an All-in-one industry chain. We hope to bring the 3Cs that we strongly believe in- Creative cuisine, Creating market, Creating health; to the people in Taiwan and to the rest of the world.

Currently, we have two brands under Shifood; namely 「一鍋小麻辣」and「青花滷」.


Brand Advantage           

IH-Art owns a central kitchen; with a 5-star chef developing and manufacturing food products using the freshest ingredients. With the central kitchen, we can then ensure the high product quality, lower costs, and also minimize the tedious process of cooking food from scratch in different shops.
「緒食 一鍋小麻辣」 is a brand developed by IH-Art, mainly serving mini hotpot, braised dishes and also dried noodles. The brand was born after the founder of IH-art couldn’t find any good Mala soup suitable for consumption in the market; as the ones we usually find is either too oily or too spicy. With Taiwan’s first ever low-purine drinkable Mala soup, our handmade-like texture dried noodles and aromatic braised dishes, it’s the perfect combination and variety for consumers.


 

「青花滷」is one of the brands developed by IH Art, pursuing for the aromatic spice flavor for braised products; developed using 21 different spices for the perfect braise. Currently, the brand is designed for mobile cart stores and to-go packages.
