Having been dedicating itself to passing on the top-notch taste Taiwanese dishes (Taiwanese cuisine), Taipei Nong Lai Restaurant is a well-known 30-year-old restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan that was awarded the top 10 recommended Taiwanese restaurants in Taipei by the Taipei City Government in 2018. The innovative frozen Chinese New Year dishes developed by Nong Lai Restaurant were sold via the wholesale channel for the first time in 2021, allowing consumers to prepare and process easily while retaining the flavor of Taiwanese cuisine. Highly praised and appreciated by the consumers, the restaurant won the championship for both convenience store seafood and total score of the 2021 Chinese New Year food competition as appraised by “Apple Daily”, and the restaurant thereby took the opportunity to launch the prepared frozen Taiwanese food brand titled “Huang Jing-Long CHEF LOONG”, carrying forward the flavors and fragrances of Taiwanese dishes at home and abroad.
